Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on product weight and size, method of shipment, and packing efficiency. Depending on size, weight,and availability, your order may arrive in separate deliveries.

If you decide to accept merchandise that appears to be damaged, please indicate the condition next to your signature accepting the delivery. We ship most non-furniture orders within one business day, via standard ground service (8-12 business days) to anywhere in the continental US.
